About Our Services
H2Os’ Lawncare and Landscapes provides professional landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, drainage, and landscape lighting services in West Columbia, SC and surrounding areas including Lexington, Columbia, Cayce, Irmo, Chapin, and Red Bank. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Landscape design, garden beds, tree and shrub planting, sod, and water features
- Lawn mowing, weed control, shrub and tree trimming, and junk removal
- Pine straw and mulch delivery
- Hardscaping, including patios, outdoor kitchens, fire pits, retaining walls, and walkways
- Drainage and erosion control, including grading, French drains, catch basins, and downspout extensions
- Landscape lighting installation

Estimates and Quotes
Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on information you provide and are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions observed at the time of service. We will communicate any significant differences before beginning work.
Estimates are free and carry no obligation to schedule service.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive on time and will notify you of any delays or rescheduling needs. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of service.
Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of scheduling or upon invoice. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for overdue balances.
Property Access and Responsibility
By scheduling service, you grant H2Os’ Lawncare and Landscapes permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring gates and access points are unlocked on service days
- Informing us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or hazards on your property
- Securing pets and removing personal items from service areas prior to our arrival
H2Os’ Lawncare and Landscapes is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions or hazards that were not disclosed prior to service.
